Log in with your VATSIM CID, then click "Log a Flight" from any page. You'll need a SimBrief OFP. Fetch it automatically by entering your SimBrief username.

Flights only count if: (1) a SimBrief OFP was generated, (2) the flight was logged within 48 hours, and (3) the OFP confirmation was set to "Yes" in the log form.

Promotions are automatic based on logged flight counts. R1→R2 at 10 flights, R2→R3 at 25, R3→R4 at 50, R4→R5 at 100 + endorsement. Staff review ranks monthly.

You need P2 VATSIM rating and QFV Rank R2 (10+ logged flights). Then submit a Military Wing application via the Applications page.

VATSIM is strongly recommended but not mandatory for every flight. However, flights logged as "offline" receive no bonus toward events or special rankings.
